Many diverse interests have motivated Diana Etheridge all her life. She received her BA Degree from the University of Denver and her MA Degree from Simmons College in Boston. She has also traveled and studied abroad. She enjoyed careers as a teacher in both public and private schools; as an editor of MY HAWAII by Jane Thomas; as a published poet; and as a real estate agent in a variety of locations. She is also a patent holder of a building construction process (; president and founder of EDEA® the idea clearinghouse® ( ; and of CYBERNASTICS®, Inc. (, a web-based exercise site.  

She also found time to have a successful marriage and be the parent of two fine daughters. She began writing COOK-N-RHYME WITH KIDS many years ago when her children were young. It lay almost forgotten until recently when she decided to publish it for the benefit of her granddaughters and all parents and kids who love to cook.

Juliana Sasson holds a BFA in Graphic Communications from the University of Denver and a MS in Packaging and Identity Design from Pratt Institute where she graduated cum laude. While in New York, she became an art director for a large cosmetics company where she conceived, developed and designed packaging and marketing materials for the product line.

Juliana is currently an art director and designer for Fresh Snow Design, where she creates identity programs and packaging for multi-national companies, small businesses and personal use. Together with her sister, she founded where she illustrates and designs “do it yourself” murals based on the works of the 20th century’s most influential artists.
